What started as a casual hobby has turned into a booming side business with one project after another, doing professional shoots for theater companies, individual portraits, weddings, and even product shots for catalogues.
We caught up with the very busy artist behind SEA Photography to find out a little more about her process. Read more about her in our interview below!
Donations for Katie: First, tell us a little about yourself.
SEA Photography: I'm Sara, I'm 23, I take pictures, and I enjoy long walks on the beach and the occasional KitKat bar.
DfK: How did you get started in your craft?
SEA: I started taking pictures in college just for fun, and got a professional camera after graduating. Since then, I've just been taking random photo jobs and seeing how much I can learn!
DfK: What do you love most about your work?
SEA: Seeing people's faces when I show them their picture and they like how it looks.
DfK: Your portfolio contains such a broad variety of styles and subjects. Where do you get your inspiration?
SEA: Anything from music to the way the sky looks outside. I take it from everywhere!
DfK: What made you decide to support Katie through this auction?
SEA: Katie's my friend!
